Organization Leading Local Conglomerate in Power Generation Business Job Summary Company is seeking an internationally experienced Commissioning & Site Management Expert to provide strategic leadership for the commissioning, start-up, performance testing, operational readiness, and commercial operation of a large-scale H-Class Combined Cycle Power Plant. The position requires extensive international experience in commissioning management of utility-scale combined cycle power plants utilizing advanced H-class gas turbine and steam turbine technologies. The successful candidate shall act as the principal technical authority for overall commissioning execution, interface management, safety leadership, contractor coordination, risk mitigation, and achievement of project performance guarantees. No. of Vacancies: 01 Jobs Responsibility/Description The Commissioning Expert shall be responsible for: Providing overall leadership for commissioning execution from Mechanical and/or Electrical Completion through Commercial Operation. Developing and implementing the integrated commissioning strategy. Reviewing and approving commissioning procedures, test packages and execution plans. Leading commissioning meetings involving EPC Contractor, OEM specialists, Owner and Consultant. Managing all commissioning interfaces across Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control systems. Coordinating first-fire activities, synchronization, load ramp-up and performance testing. Supervising troubleshooting of complex commissioning and operational issues. Educaional Qualification Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering from a recognized university. Additional professional training in power plant commissioning, turbine technology, project management, or HSE will be considered an advantage. Jobs Experience Minimum 35 years of continuous professional experience in utility-scale thermal power generation. Minimum 25 years of experience leading commissioning activities for large combined cycle power plants. Demonstrated experience as Commissioning Manager, Site Manager, or Chief Technical Field Advisor for multiple international power generation projects. Successful commissioning experience on at least ten (10) utility-scale combined cycle power plants exceeding 400 MW each. Direct leadership experience involving OEM gas turbine and steam turbine technologies, including first-fire, synchronization, reliability runs, performance testing, and commercial operation. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary international commissioning teams. Extensive experience in owner, EPC contractor, OEM, consultant, and utility stakeholder coordination. Experience working on projects across multiple international jurisdictions under diverse contractual environments. Excellent technical reporting and communication skills in English.
