Position : Production Technician/Sr. Production Technician

Jobs Responsibility/Description
  • 1. Operate various machinery used in the production of ready-made garments, including sewing machines, cutting machines, and pressing machines.
  • 2. Monitor production processes to ensure garments meet quality standards and specifications.
  • 3. Conduct regular inspections of finished products for defects and take corrective actions as needed.
  • 4. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, such as machine malfunctions or quality issues. Work to resolve problems quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • 5. Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Notify maintenance staff of any issues requiring repairs beyond your expertise.
  • 6. Assist with the handling and movement of materials, including fabric rolls, garment pieces, and finished products. Ensure materials are stored and organized efficiently to facilitate smooth production processes.
Educaional Qualification
  • High School/Doploma/Relevant
Jobs Experience
  • 5/6 Years
Additional Requirements
  • Proficiency in operating sewing machines and other garment production machinery.
  • Basic understanding of garment construction and production processes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
