No. of Vacancies: 01 Jobs Responsibility/Description Responsible for overall P&L of the Business Unit Maintain Labaid?s market share among key target segments, and achieve proportionate yearly growth (taking more than fair share of the organic growth in the overall market). Responsible for overseeing the planning & development of marketing strategies and also, execution of those. Identifying new market opportunities and ensure a healthy percentage of total revenue from new revenue streams. Increase brand value of the Labaid Hospitals and Diagnostics. Establish & nurture meaningful business relationships with key stakeholders (including doctors). Oversee development of products and service-processes that are profitable while at the same time can achieve highest degree of satisfaction consistent with Labaid brand. Lead the way in making digital space as a new and effective frontier for Labaid Hospitals and Diagnostics, creating new revenue streams as well as fortifying Labaid brand in this new domain. To oversee and being accountable for the people and operations of marketing department. Educaional Qualification Masters (preferably science background) from reputed university with MBA in Marketing [Education qualification can be relaxed in case of exceptional, proven performers] Jobs Experience Minimum 12 years? managerial experience; of which, minimum 2 years? as Head of Marketing in a mid-size (100 + bed) general/multispecialty Hospital or as Senior Manager in marketing post in a reputed Pharmaceutical.
